In this role, you will predominantly be selling their HR outsourcing and managed services as well as their software solutions into new named, blue chip organisations with between 10,000-25,000 employees. Being a pure new business role, the ideal candidate will be structured, consultative, driven, with experience selling HR outsourcing or outsourced services into HR departments. You need to have the credibility and gravitas to close large, complex, strategic deals to blue chip organisations.
