Partner Acquisition Director, UK & Europe
£70k-£85k BASIC, £100k-£130k OTE Uncapped + Excellent Benefits
Our client is one of the most exciting and incredibly disruptive telecommunication providers globally. As part of its next phase of growth it is looking for an enterprise sales professional to build and acquire a partner network across UK and Europe. As the ‘1st foot on the ground’ in the UK, it is essential you have a cloud communications background (UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS) and exposure to the European market. You will be hunting for and signing contractual agreements with UC/cloud communication providers as partners with a small element of direct, end-user enterprise sales. UK target partners
include Avaya, Mitel, Unify, 8×8, RingCentral, Genesys etc. (it would be HIGHLY advantageous to have relationships with these companies) This is a remarkable opportunity for a sales professional (well versed within the cloud communication space) to be at the helm of its UK and European operations.
You will be running your own business unit, acquiring partners and be part of an award-winning ‘challenger’ organisation as it looks to capitalise on its full turn-key cloud communications solution.
Candidate Skills Required:
– 3+ years partner* acquisition experience across the UK and Europe
– Proven track record and stable career (no job hoppers!)
– Hunter mentality, self-sufficient and high energy
– Extensive background within the UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS space
*Partner experience must be with other UC/cloud communication providers
