Your remit will include building strategy, forecasting and reporting, ensuring KPI’s are achieved and managing lengthy, complex sales cycles. Despite the fact this is a ‘player-manager’ role, previous management experience is not a prerequisite and they are open to seeing any top Cloud Contact Centre sales professionals who have worked for/with any of the top vendors!
Candidate Skills Required:
– Proven track record of hitting targets
– Experience of selling Cloud Contact Centre solutions (Avaya, 8×8, Genesys etc)
– Core attributes to step into management
