Role:
This very vibrant, international organisation which specialises in providing voice and messaging solutions to blue chip organisations is experiencing consistent growth both organically and via acquisition. It is currently looking to recruit a consultative, driven and experienced sales manager to manage its performing account management team. This is a pure people management role where you will need to lead by example, be hands on and drive the team to ensure they achieve targets. You will be tasked with the day to day running of the account management team and coaching/mentoring them to improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will be solution sales focused, have knowledge of running key accounts and be experienced in both software/SAAS sales and sales leadership/management within the commercial sector. You must have a minimum of 5 years sales management experience and it would be desirable if you have experience selling into the financial services, utilities or retail sectors. Candidate Skills Required:
– Proven track record of sales leadership (ideally account management teams)
– Technology sales experience
– Sold into the commercial sector
– A minimum of 5 years sales management experience
– A minimum of 10+ years IT sales experience
