Role:
We are currently working with a hypergrowth start-up which supplies SaaS solutions for care into local authorities across the UK. Due to its “in-demand” product offering, it requires an enthusiastic, coachable and curious business development individual to join its cohesive team. The appointed candidate will be tasked with generating leads, qualifying prospects and booking meetings with UK councils for the senior sales team to then manage. Our client is seeking someone with 1-2 years’ sales development experience within SaaS, ideally within the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This hybrid-working role will involve a mix of inbound and outbound lead generation, with a predominant focus on outbound lead generation, through cold calling, emailing and social media outreach. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and determination to succeed. Candidate Skills Required:
– 1-2 years’ SDR experience within SaaS
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
– Familiar with using CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce)
