Role:
We’re working with a cutting-edge software vendor within the world of construction. It’s seeking a solution-oriented, experienced and proactive individual to join its team, as a Strategic Account Manager. You are to come onboard this well-established organisation, managing 30-40 key, enterprise accounts, ranging from ACV’s of £50k-£500k+. Tasked with continuing to build upon relationships and sell an additional plethora of its construction management solutions into a wide variety of clients, ranging from main and specialist contractors to housebuilders and property developers, there will be a strong focus on growth and retention within these accounts. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase demonstrable success in account management within the AEC sector, experienced in managing senior stakeholder relationships and keen to make an immediate impact within its synergistic team.
Candidate Skills Required:
– 3-5+ years selling Construction SaaS/PropTech into the AEC sector
– Proven track record of account management/development
– Proactive, collaborative and client-focussed
