Role:
This recognised and well-established provider of workforce management solutions has many highly satisfied customers across the UK within both private and public sectors. The business is in a very strong financial position and is now seeking an additional account manager to come on board and manage several existing accounts across sectors such as manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, food & drink, logistics, NHS etc. You will be focused on building relationships with existing customers and revenue expansion of accounts by selling additional licences, modules and services of its workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly personable, hardworking and experienced in both selling application software and managing/developing existing accounts. This position is all about trust as you will be offering advice and guidance to customers, further cementing the relationships in place. It is a bonus if candidates have had exposure to selling WFM/HCM solutions and are well versed in value selling. Required:
• Proven track record of account management and development
• Highly organised and structured
• Business application software sales experience
• Experience selling into the private sector
• Minimum of 3-4+ years software sales experience
• Stable career record
