Our client, a growing presence within Construction Technology, is expanding rapidly and looking to build on their impressive growth by hiring a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving new business, focusing on engaging and winning Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across the construction sector. You’ll leverage your deep industry knowledge and proven track record of securing new business within construction technology to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals that deliver real value to clients. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, highly organised, and structured in their approach, with a demonstrable history of consistently exceeding targets through value-based sales methodologies. The role is 100% New Business, and you will be working closely with an SDR, approaching Main Contractors, Property Developers and Quantity Surveyors, in order to build relationships, and close deals. Candidate Skills Required:
• Minimum 5 years within construction software sales
• Track record in selling into Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors
• Proven track record of New Business wins
